Package Your Item
Carefully place the Plufl cover and foam base into their original packaging or a similar sized box to ensure safe transit.

Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
